We highly recommend that you open a separate payroll bank account; however if you prefer to use your current account, you may have it tagged as a payroll account. Kindly just coordinate with the bank personnel-in-charge.

Tutors are responsible for filing their own ITR. RareJob will only remit the amount and send tutors their BIR Form 2307. Tutors will then submit this form to the BIR quarterly in a year. For tutors who are employed elsewhere, they will attach this form to their BIR Form 2316 when they file their ITR.

No, tutors are considered as independent contractors. RareJob Tutors can start or stop teaching any time they need to. They just have to teach at least once every six months to retain Active account status.
